Gateway was delighted to confirm that the Central Bank of Ireland approved the management buyout of Equity Trustees Fund Services (Ireland). The transaction completed on 30 April 2024.
Following completion, the business was renamed Gateway Fund Services and introduced its new branding during May 2024.
