What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files placed on a computer or internet-enabled device to add functionality. They can recognise a device, remember preferences and help website operators understand usage. Other technologies, such as pixel tags and local storage, can be used for similar purposes.
Cookie categories
Necessary
These technologies are strictly necessary for the website to function or to remember choices you make about privacy. They are the only category used by default.
Preferences
Preference technologies remember information that changes how the website behaves or looks, such as language, region or accessibility choices.
Analytics
Analytics technologies help Gateway and its service providers understand how visitors interact with the website by collecting and reporting information, usually in aggregated form. They are used only where the required permission has been given.
Marketing
Marketing technologies may be used to understand advertising performance or activity across websites. They are used only where the required permission has been given.
Update emails
Gateway update emails may contain cookies or similar technologies that help us understand how subscribers interact with them, such as whether an email is opened. You can withdraw from these communications by using the unsubscribe facility or contacting Gateway.
Managing your choices
The website displays a privacy choice on your first visit and remembers that choice on the device. Clearing site data will reset it. You can also manage or block cookies using your browser settings; doing so may affect website functionality.
For more about who we are and how we process personal data, see the Privacy Policy. Questions may be sent to gateway@gfsmanco.com.
