Gateway was founded in 2019 as an independent, Central Bank of Ireland-regulated UCITS Management Company and Alternative Investment Fund Manager. We provide the range and infrastructure expected from a full-service SuperManCo while giving clients direct access to people with the experience and authority to move work forward.
We invest time in understanding the investment strategy, commercial priorities and reasoning behind each structural decision. That context becomes more valuable over the life of the relationship.
Our services span fund structuring, product development, regulatory authorisation, risk management, compliance, governance, reporting and European distribution support.
